At Napiers the Herbalists, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item is not quite right, you can return it to us within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in unworn condition.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
